Qiyi (Kaye) Jiang
Summer Student
Qiyi is a JD candidate at Osgoode Hall Law School and holds double bachelor’s degrees in Software Engineering and Law from Sichuan University. With a solid academic foundation and international experience, she brings a multidisciplinary approach to legal problem-solving. During law school, she represents 1Ls as part of the Chinese Law Students Association and is actively involved with the IP Innovation Clinic, where she assists clients with prior art and trademark research.
Before entering law school, Qiyi contributed to multiple legal research projects at the national level in China, including ministerial research on antitrust regulation in the digital era and intellectual property policy development. Her experience spans legal research, AI innovation and software product management.
