Wenrui (Paula) Qi
Articling Student
Paula joined THC Lawyers as a 2024 Summer Student and will return to the firm as an Articling Student in August 2025. She is a recent JD graduate from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University in 2025.
During law school, Paula volunteered with the Community & Legal Aid Services Programme helping marginalized community with criminal charges. Paula also worked as a research assistant with a professor at Osgoode for the release of a textbook. She has extensive mooting experience and will represent Osgoode in the 2025 Walsh Family Law Moot.
Prior to law school, Paula gained years of experience working in the legal field in commercial and lending transactions. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Spanish.
In her spare time, Paula enjoys travelling, trying new restaurants with friends, and improving her tennis swings.
