Dr. Jiatong (Scarlett) Liu

Dr. Liu is the Technology Consultant in our New York company. She holds a BSc degree from Huazhong University of Science & Technology (HUST) and a PhD degree from University of Rochester in pathology. She also finished her postdoctoral fellowship at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Liu has been providing part time consulting service to our clients since 2023 and joined our New York office as a full time consultant in 2025. Currently, Dr. Liu is responsible for the operation of our consulting business in our New York office.
