Yingjun (Helen) He

Helen is a lawyer licensed in New York.  She graduated from Peking University Law School with a Bachelor of Law and holds a Master of Laws degree from Georgetown University Law Center. She honed her litigation and arbitration knowledge during law school by interning at a top cross-border disputes team in Beijing. She also gained transactional exposure in both local and international law firms coping with corporate law, capital market, and anti-trust law issues.
