Ruolan (Emily) Tang*

Emily is a licensed attorney in California, Ontario, British Columbia and China, with extensive experience in litigation and non-litigation matters across the U.S., Canada, and China. She practiced in China for several years, focusing on litigation, and has a wealth of experience handling high-profile litigation and non-litigation cases. Since 2014, Emily has worked at a boutique litigation firm in China, where she led large-scale government investment projects and nationally recognized litigation cases. Emily holds a Bachelor of Laws from Zhejiang University and dual Master of Laws degrees from Emory University in the United States. She has also worked at a large U.S. law firm, serving globally renowned technology companies. Emily was an associate lawyer with the firm and she is now retained as an independent counsel on certain matters in British Columbia and cross-border matters.
